Tenchi Muyo! The OVA Series Tenchi Muyo!
RYO OHKI the OVA series

For more of my reveiws of Tenchi Muyo take a look at the original series on my review page. The TV series (Tenchi Universe) should be up here sometime this month.
A continuation of the original series. In this series, you learn a lot more about the girls' past than ever before. A cool little series.
Volume 1:

Episode 8: Hello! Baby
More 'trouble' at the tenchi household, and this time it's in the form of a B-A-B-Y!
When Tenchi's great aunt sticks him with taking care of her grandson, everyone has to pitch in. Unfortunatly, the only one who's actually capable of taking care of the baby is Washu! (Yay! Go me!)
Taking care of the baby causes Washu to tell Tenchi something previously unknown to anyone, and causes her to offer to bear his childŠ (Yeesh!)

Episode 9: Sasami & Tsunami
When Tenchi's great aunt invites them to stay at the inn, everyone thinks it's a chance to go and relax. But when they get there, they get stuck with loads of housework!
Everything's pretty much work, work, work (except for Washu, who sneaks out of it {hee hee!}) until people begin to see the ghostly image of a beautiful young woman wandering about the halls of the inn, as if searching for something, or someoneŠ (Ooo! Spooky!)

Volume 2:

Episode 10: I love Tenchi
A strange creature named Mass escapes from one of the tanks in Washu's labritory and the girls have to go and save tenchi from it before it's to late!
(Did I mention the the Mass is also Ryoko's father? {!!?})

Episode 11: The Advent of the Goddess
A strange old genius named Dr. Clay who's in the servous of a mysterious 'Lady Tokimi' returns to earth and sends down a robot (named Zero) to clone someone. That someone? Ryoko! The porpose of this is to use this clone to capture Washu.
The clone gets, shall we say, distracted by Tenchi.
Dr. Clay orders the clone to either forget about him, or distroy him. She can't help being distracted by him, soŠ

Volume 3:

Episode 12: Zero Ryoko
Ryoko (Zero) tries to kill Tenchi, but she just can't bring herself to do it.
So instead, she has to capture Washu and bring her to Dr. Clay, or elseŠ

Episode 13: Here Comes Jurai
The Jurai Royal family has come to take Ayeka and Sasami home! (The final 'episode' of the OVA series {but who knows? They might make some more of them.})

A quick note: Volume three of the OVA series also contains some bonus stuff; one short called Hear Comes Jurai 2 which is only a few minutes long, a still frame collection of 150 images from the OVA series, and an interveiw with some of the Japanese and english voice over actors and actresses who were in this series. It's pretty cool! Check it out.
