Poly-Matrix is the Armitage III movie which came out recently, in case you're wondering.
It is the year 2179. Detective Ross Sylibus has just been transferred to Mars, which has been colonized by humans and robots created to fill the jobs of humans.
Naturally, there are many people out there who aren't too happy about this... and there are lots of violent protests and 'demonstrations' going on in the streets.
Ross has a 'relatively' uneventful flight getting there (not counting the landing and docking, of course...) and everything seems like it will be okay from here on in (but of course, it never is in these things, is it?) Suddenly, there is a violent exchange of fire near the baggage claim. That's where he meets bolth his new partner, Naiomi Armitage, and their new enemy, Rene D'anclaude. (Or should I say enemies, since there are a whole lot of D'anclaudes, aren't there?)
It soon turns out that Naiomi is even more strange (or different, maybe) than she appears to be, and so is Ross.
Of course, he being a guy, she a girl, (well, sort of a girl, anyway;) and they having a shared secret, they eventually fall in love.
'S a cool flick. And that's all you need to know.
